Onboarding was bad. Executive leadership are so distant fromt he team but are very quick to judge. No oppotunities for growth with the MRF freeze, which is the worse idea in the world.
My team and the work we do.
Friendly and collaborative. Willing to learn.
People roll with the punches and are resilient.
Leadership development, people management, genuinely caring about people
It's slightly above industry standard
A lot of them are hardworking and very nice people
They are the most hardworking bunch of folks I've seen.
Leadership development. Reward leaders who produced results and grew the business.
There is a culture of teamwork from within our own respective programs.
Recognition of contribution and developing leaders internally. We like hiring externally while losing all the good people who has served the company very well for years
The pay for local folks are measly compared to thei expat counterpart which we have a lot in the Philippines. The incentive holdback does not make sense and local leadership has no control of. HMO is not extended to family members and instead being shouldered by employees.
The executive leadership should start doing focus groups more and listen to people. They should also be alarmed by the number of leaders leaving the company. Focus back on leadership development and invest to those who are staying in the company. Make people feel more valued and not just costs.
They need to keep themselves abreast about the challenges of the people on the ground. Being in their posts they think people can easily do what needed to be done but those on the ground doesn't have their authority and position. Also a huge gap in leadership development and career pathing.
They should remove the hold back in incentives for TPUSAs overall KSAT and ESAT. Second they should increase bonuses to 20% from 15%. The % of incentives should be based on current pay and not a fixed amount that they directed years ago. The company should offer free HMO coverage for dependents.
Make it again a people company. The executives are too focused on profit they forget about taking care of people first. We have deviated away from that culture. It is all about margins now, which I get. But it shouldn't be all money. A business that is just about making money is a bad business.
