Hard to say... I've been here for almost 18 years. It's really just a comfort zone at this point. I feel that I am great at my job, comfortable with my team and my contribution is valued.

We've been together for years so there is a comfort level.

We've been together for years and seem like a small family.

We all care very much about each other as people first, then coworkers.

Again, being honest, the dates that the direct deposit hits my bank account.

My boss. She's amazing. She's a friend, mentor, leader and she's crazy smart.

The transparency. Even when I don't agree with their approach, they never try to deceive their employees.

Success of my team and team members. Getting a great review from my clients. Pay day.

When my team or an individual on my team succeeds where he/she/they thought that the challenge was too great.

Compensation comparable with my title and responsibilities for my geographical area of the country... not just within the company/

My immediate supervisor is an incredible teacher, mentor, and friend. She is the primary reason that I enjoy my job.

My boss... she rocks! She's the only reason I have been with the company for as long as I have.

The compensation is not in line with the same position in the geography in which I live. Compensation should not only be based on the country but also the city within the country.
