For the past few days, I trained I felt belongingness. To people who I am working with, to the environment and account I am much grateful since it is my first and it doesn't make me feel that I do not belong. My trainer Ms. Fritz Duay I like her, she guides us and patiently adjusts to us.

My team collaborates at all times. Each one of us doesn't let one of us be left behind. The tenured one suggests and guides us, newbies, on how or what to do. Every day it's getting more exciting.

Our team leader or our trainer, let us feel that we are part of the company's family. Since it's my first job and first company the first impression I got is that I can work well in this company with the environment and people around me. The account can be learned and I am excited for more.
