
Everyone will help everyone else when stuck or need assistance.
You feel just like a number not a person. Even when you work well and reach all target there is no reward for it.
It is work, it pays the bills but better pay or bonus that reflects the effort you put into your job would be helpful.
Not sure if there is much that is positive but that is not always TPs issue, it is the downside of working for a large organisation that has to be cost and profit driven.
There is no reward for loyalty and hard work. There is too much focus on how to save money rather than how to generate it. A lot of offshoring of back office functions and some campaigns to SA to save money but the level of service is poorer and results in work having to be re-done or clients lost.
