A positive one. I have had supportive managers since joining - motivating, encouraging managers who wanted to see me succeed, do the best that I can. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Pay could be better, higher with better incentives/ additional compensations but overall a good experience.

My current team are very quiet but when spoken to (usually myself beginning a conversation) then they are fun. My old team were great - chatty, responsive, engaged.
