I'd say respect and camaraderie especially those people that knows me. I'm able to talk to my close coworkers about my personal life without judgement
Additional allowances like Rice and transportation. Night differential if possible. Recognizing my loyalty with the appropriate compensation. Other companies would give out perks and monetary incentives to show how much they appreciate their loyalty to the company.
There's really no perfect formula and they won't be able to do everything. For now, I'm happy with how my Director is providing support. He pushes for the budget to have engagement prizes and other stuff, which we did not really have before.
