
So far management have done a good job at backing up their associates.
They make changes to policies with out offering appropriate compensation. When they rolled out the new attendance policy they actually made it harder to earn certain paid time off. I would also like to see them bring back holiday pay.
They need to offer full time positions. Also a more consistent schedule would be nice. It is really hard to close one night and then have to open the next day. Also allowing for a better way to earn time off.
