Nobody complains too much, so it doesn't feel like people are miserable at work.
I like the managers a lot, They care about the employees and really try to make the work experience worthwhile.
They don't need to do anything in particular. Some are not good at their job, some just don't click personally, normal workplace stuff.
The pay is decent, which makes me feel somewhat secure in my daily life. It could be slightly better, but overall it's not bad.
The person interviewing me seemed fair and knowledgeable. He seemed like he actually cared about whom was hired as opposed to just getting through the process.
Honestly it's when I collect paychecks. Nothing against my employer, but work is work, there is nothing thats going to make me particularly happy about that. Not being unhappy is the best they can do and generally that is accomplished.
