What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper leadership are driving the culture, but Directors/DM level are driving inconsistent messages including favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s not competitive with the market place and other brands. Internals don’t get the same compensation as externals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper leadership need to realize that the Lower level of Leadership Director/DM are not driven consistent messages and lowering the company morale.
