Good Intentions do not get things done - Actions & Follow through do! Our Organization is lacking in following through in almost every department. Training is started and then abandoned, Projects are started and then abandoned, emails for assistance go unanswered and it is VERY frustrating.
My work is challenging and never the same from day to day. I like the fast paced work day. I strive to get all my work load done on a daily basis. I like working at this company and I like the position I currently hold.
The people are what make a company successful. 99.9% of the employees have high integrity and moral code. But one bad manager can ruin a department's moral.
The people I work with are amazing.
Helping to complete projects and finalizing jobs.
We work together and get the job done
They are usually generally friendly
My direct Teammates are a joy to work with
being productive and tackling work as it comes up
99.9 % of the employees are friendly, nice and work together well.
The recent 30% pay increase that brought the compensation up to industry standards
We respect each other, help each other and enjoy working with each other
everyone is respectful to each other, any issues are discussed and worked out
We all work together very well. We pull together and get projects completed. Everyone helps each other.
I believe that others who are doing the exact same job and were hired after me are making a higher wage than me
When I am given CLEAR understandable direction on large projects or tasks. When my manager has the time to train us properly on new processes
Everyone gets along and is kind to one another. We are recognized for our strengths and helped with our weaknesses. We have very little drama (like 1%) at AEVEX.
John Zublin is very knowledgeable and at times kind, but needs to speak to key employees better. Johnny Zublin's management style needs much improvement. He needs training in Employee relations on how to properly speak to employees & conduct meetings
My Team is AWESOME. We are family. If one of us is overloaded with work then one or all of us will offer to help, cover or take over projects. The end goal is excellent quality of work in the most proficient time possible.
My Direct Manager is a great leader and he does his best to ensure his team has clear instructions, however the higher up team leaders keep him tied up in meeting after meeting which then limits the time he has to properly train and/or guide our team on complex issues.
1. Title Advancement to the next level (if level 2 or 3 does not exist then it needs to be created) 2. Loyal long time employees should automatically receive higher pay than new people coming in with the same job title. Many of us have to fight to get this.
Managers are so busy going to meetings everyday that it is hard for them to keep scheduled meetings with their employees. Bi Annual check ups are not done in a timely manner. I was supposed to have a meeting in March for a discussion of Compensation but it has been pushed until August.
manager is not knowledgeable and has not learned the ins and outs of the position, He does not understand what each of us do on the daily. Shows favoritism & gets upset if anyone goes to upper Mgnt. Told us we are not allowed to "go over his head". This is intimidation not leading!
