
Overall I am happy to be part of this organization. I see us foing big things in the future.
I will be going on 3 years at AEVEX. Often times, during my bi-annual check ins, i have been told great things. But when it comes to career advancement, it is very slow to stale here at French Valley. I always here the talk about growing the company, but I see very few being promoted within.
I like coming to work everyday. There is a lot we can improve on, but overall I'm proud to be part of AEVEX.
I would like to see some restructuring. We are a big company that is being ran as a small one. For example, often in meetings, we come in with a problem and leave with no resolution because one of the top tiers has to take a phone call and abandons the meeting before anything is accomplished.
We treat each other like family. It's great!

I have surveyed the market to compare my salary to other similar roles in the industry. I thought that once the person that was doing the evalaution came onboard, she would see that. However nothing has happened.
Our growht isn't happening fast enough. I have expressed to my manager that our department is in need of another person as we have downsized since my arrival. Everytime i have beought this up, it seems to get ignored.
The one thing that I do not understand is, why employees are expected to cover company expenses. For example, I have seen several instances where employees will put a company's expense on their own credit cards. Expenses such as renting U-hauls and fueling airplanes.
