its been good but can be better. People need to be rewarded
I value my job and knowing I am helping the military protect our country. Making sure our systems are 100% before every mission.
i have been apart of this company for a few years. The only draw back is no compensation for working off shifts. Never understood how thats legal anyways!! I enjoy what i do and feel i do my job well and help the mission for Aevex
coworkers and we all get along
Focused on the customers needs
we all have each others back. No drama at work
my coworkers and the work we do for the company. The systems we maintain
My team we get along and can count on each other to get the job done
the mission. do what it takes to get the job done to not miss a mission
all of us worked together in our past military careers. makes it very good to come towork
we all know what the job in-tales and what needs to be done to get it completed for each mission
we are a team that gets the job done.We have each others back and can count on each others help, even when deployed.
workers who have been with the company over 7 years should be promoted. No promotion since hire does not set well with me.
we have each others back when it comes to getting the job done.. There is no "He makes more, he can do it" attitudes.
knowing my job is important to keeping the military mission going. I feel apart of their success if I keep our systems in working order
The most positive culture thing is how we can be a team and the job comes first. We don't have any issues at getting the job done
every time I am able to fix a issue with a system, It makes me feel very good that i helped not delay any missions need each day the need arises.
takes forever to get promoted. Then they promote you at the yearly raise time which avoids you getting a pay raise if you got promoted earlier like you should have been
we are a team that have been working together for many years even before being hired by the company, with the mast majority ex military . We all have each others backs
being most of us our ex military and most of us worked together in the same career field makes it a easy transition to work together and we all have each others back
We are all former Air Force vets and we worked together back in the day. We all have each others backs. The shop environment is the same as it was back in our military days.
I feel after being with the company over 5 years, there should be a better pay raise than a few cents yearly. Some employees doing the same work are paid way more than others doing the same exact work.
the group of guys i work with make it easy to come to work and we all have each others backs. their is no ego when it comes to making sure the work is done. IF your deployed and need help, they are more than willing to help
when you see upper management always getting the awards and none of those awards are given to the people actually doing the work, to help them look good. Not to mention the company doesn't believe in awarding hard workers. If a person doesn't carry their weight why should the expect a award or bonus
it takes to long to get promoted, "IF" you even get to be promoted. New hires are getting paid more to start their new position, over employees that have more experience and years than the new guy coming in. There should be a cost of living adjustment. Our pay doesn't keep up with inflation
