Particularly those of us on shift work have little to face time with the program management team. It's far too common that colleagues will spend their entire time with MI/AEVEX without meeting their actual managers after the interview process.
I am paid less than my peers in the same position, with less experience in both our company as well as others. When raising this issue I've been reprimanded for speaking about salary, even after reminding management that's a federally protected right.
