It's ok, but not great. Was 100% better when it was just Matrix. We did our job and management left us alone. Now we're hounded by managers and HR constantly. Too many emails, do this, do that. Once Aevex took over, it all went downhill.

My team works a horrible shiftwork schedule. We miss holidays, anniversary's, birthdays, etc. We all need to be and should be paid more for our sacrifice to the mission. Our evaluation process is severely flawed. My 2.8% increase for taking on more responsibility was a slap to the face; to be frank.
