As a remote employee (outside the SD area) it has been somewhat difficult as I am not considered a primary employee. We are not perceived as part of that team for the most part. Luckily, I work on an amazing program with even better people that makes it all even out.
Let personnel work without micro management.
Accessibility whenever I require their assistance.
Supporting the Warfighter and those associated.
Little to no micro management.
Camaraderie across the board. Almost everyone is vested into accomplishing the mission.
Teamwork is crucial to any project and we work consistently to project this.
Increase in time off benefits as more time is spent with the company.
The people I work beside are what keeps the mission both interesting and successful.
Desires to work hard, do the right thing, and support those that need it the most.
Falling behind the pay scale of both personnel in similar functions in my area and benefits are less inviting than almost all similar organizations.
