
I'm doing a real mission and helping real people. Job satisfaction doesn't get better then that
Everyone communicates well, everyone shows up for what ever task we have even if it only requires one person.
I think the opportunity to have school paid for is huge but the option to get new gear once a year is a life saver as well
The willingness of everyone around me to help me if I don't know how to do something. No one has an ego everyone is just focused on mission success
Honestly just how on top of it they are and the fact I get treated like an adult. We get feedback continually so everything that needs to be done gets done.
