Enjoy working with the people and supporting our customers
Disappointed. While I really enjoy and believe in the mission, the scrappiness of a new organization growing, and many of the people with the drive to get it done, it's really disappointing to see "people with the right stuff" buried under mediocrity and incompetence. Leaders must know their people
All centered around mission to support customer
Sense of accomplishment, helping teammates and customers
Allow for autonomy and creativity to solve problems
Growing business and making sound decisions
I do not have specific feedback
The pay and the benefits
Mission oriented and desire to be part of team
Solving problems that help others
Collective understanding to be scrappy and seek a better way
Team is always thinking about continuous improvement on how to best support the customer
the mission and get it done attitude. However, it does not appear that middle management recognizes nor understands this in the same way that others do.
teammates are hard working, supportive, and understand the mission. They jump at moments notice to solve problems, lead up, and communicate well. They don't get recognized enough.
1. Hard workers understanding no fail mission fix middle mgmt failures to keep mission afloat 2. Remote part-time employees should not be in supervisory roles over on-site full time employees 3. Healthcare slices any tests a la carte, significantly increasing employee costs.
1. Remote part-time employees should not be supervisors of on-site full-time employees 2. Middle mgmt failures solved by lower level employees 3. Leadership doesn't take time to meet their own people 4. More competitive benefits and pay will attract better talent
The only direct communication I have ever received from an executive (Director and up) while at this company, was a happy birthday message from Jeremy Watrous. While sincerely appreciated, for a company our size, it's extremely odd that it's the only proactive interaction with me despite 1 yr + here
