
Challenging, ever changing, and incredibly fast paced. There are times when I think speed is overstressed and accuracy is sacrificed.
Overall good, but there needs to be more process consistency and less reliance on MS Excel. An ERP/MRP Tool is a must if we are going to drive better integrity across the Org.
Lacking professionalism and cohesive behaviors. Top management is siloed and unwilling to listen to anyone who dares question them. It is a toxic and annoying place where people manipulate for self gain. In my opinion, it needs to be gutted of senior management.
The compensation and bonus pool are generous.

Compensation is at or above market for the area and the recruiting/HR team did not Nickle & Dime me during the interview process to try and save a few dollars.
Pay should be based upon level of responsibility and size/volume of Org that you are managing. The Org is entirely top heavy with people who lack experience and knowledge to lead a group of people.
A stronger network to support common goals and managers who share a common purpose. Currently, it feels more like a dictatorship or military chain of command. (Thou shall not ask questions that contradict the supreme powers that be)
