Everyone has been super helpful and kind, our days arent too long and our weeks seem to go quickly. Having a different project multiple times a day/week is fun

Overall all I am reasonably satisfied with my experience thus far. I do hope to stay here for a long time if I can. My co workers are great and helpful. I do however think that PTO and sick time should be dealt with in a different manor.

I do feel that the department I work in is undervalued / unappreciated. I feel that with the current market and inflation rate albeit a few years ago would be very acceptable. I can hardly consider it a living wage for me and my family unfortunately
