There is work to do and that is it if you aren't white caller a lead or management you are unheard and only treated as labor. The lifestyle/ culture is only pulled out for appearances.

The senior cow-workers are quick to help you navigate situations, that you may not expect do to differences in work flow and industry practices. For example how to utilize under performing shop machines to create a good part. it may take longer but the results generally are acceptable.

my direct report works hard to insure that the task is understood, the team member is equipped with the knowledge to perform the work to the best ability, and if tools are lacking shows you the best way possible with what the company has to make the parts within tolerance.
