
I enjoy my work and the work of the company. I am proud to work for AEVEX. I wish I was compensated fairly and that there was more opportunity for advancement. There is also a lack of written processes at my location so the environment is like organized chaos.

The leadership team is approachable and receptive to feedback. While they may not be able to fulfill every request, they consistently make the effort to listen and consider different perspectives.
Despite consistently working hard, supporting colleagues, and achieving goals set by my manager, I am compensated at the lower end of the pay scale for my position. I would appreciate a review of my compensation to better reflect the level of effort and contributions I consistently provide.
I asked HR for my pay range for my position for the location I work at. I was provided the pay range and I discovered I am being paid $1.00 under the minimum. I spoke with my manage and 1 other manager regarding this issue about a year ago but have not gotten any compensation nor has this been fixed
