The best things are that 1) everyone puts in 120% to make sure the job is done right...making sure we meet / exceed expectations of our customers; and 2) no one worries about who gets the credit, just that we successfully meet our goals and cross the finish line together.
The new PTO accrual policy is a big benefit, for all eligible employees. I would still recommend adjusting Year 5 and Year 10's Annual PTO Cap to be 160 and 180 respectively. Allowing to accrue 20 days for 5 years of Tenure will definitely incentivize staying on to/ and beyond the 5 year point.
