Time off versus work rotations
Less of a clique mentality when it comes to promotions or better opportunites in new places
Overall i feel like all employees need to work on communication between diffrent shifts. Issues have arisen because of hearsay between different shifts
I do not feel extremely valued when it comes to our company mission. I believe i have a lot to offer although people that are friends with specific management get offred all the best opprtunities for progression
