
it started off nice. I was excited to work with the program and the management I was hired by seemed to understand me and have my interest in mind. That team was changed after a year to someone who made every interaction adversarial. I understand they are leaving, but that leaves uncertainty.

With few exceptions, they all stand on their own as pillars that hold up the program
the only reason anyone comes to work is the paycheck. Nobody would do this for free. However, having generally good co-workers makes coming to work enjoyable
I do not often interact with the company as a whole as our team is very isolated. I've never met my management team or seen the company headquarters. This is common with our program.
