Being here nearly a year, overall I am very happy with pay, work/life balance, coworkers, atmosphere, work tasking, etc. I enjoy this company more than my previous one and have zero regrets joining the AEVEX team.

It may be the best job I have ever had. The pay, the culture, my coworkers to include management here in Harrisonburg. The opportunity to travel occasionally also gives the occasional break from the normal days at work.

Many of my coworkers are all from my previous employer which has provided a huge sense of continuity but in a positive way. I think the best of workers from previous employer saw a better opportunity to do well here and seized the inititive to do better both personally and professionally.

Honestly the pay is solid, I think the PTO rate is decent, 401k match isn't too bad.

I appreciate the salary but miss the OT. The 401k match is a pretty decent match as well.

Teamwork striving towards what many times seems like an impossible deadline yet somehow we always are able to achieve it.

Consistent work helps the day fly by and the sense of accomplishment know what I do daily benefits our customers.

Typically comfortably fast-paced but manageable helps time fly by quickly and I leave with a sense of personal and professional accomplishment.

Everyone seems to be responsible to one another being such a small location. Everyone works hard for their coworkers and the location's goals.

Seem to be focusing on future growth and care about quality and positive Brand name for the company. I do appreciate the fact of trimming some fat as necessary.

Close knit and smaller location plus working alongside some people I have previously worked with and had a good report made the transition to my job here easier than I expected.

Being at a smaller facility, there seems to be more personal accountability to one another to perform your job to your highest capability in order to put less burden on your coworkers.

Being retired military, I use zero of the benefits for medical or dental purposes which saves the company money. It would be nice to receive a bonus or small increase in wages in this instance. Less cost, paperwork and administrative burden for the company when I don't use those benefits.
