
AEVEX is a great place to work, the people are generally all nice and do their job well enough. The perks are great and the company seems to care about your well being. There isn't a lot of employee interaction and the responsibility placement between employees seems to be unbalanced.

They are friendly and willing to help. That being said that only applies to certain coworkers not all.
My team doesnt bring any drama into work and everyone gets along very well which is always great.
I would say 75 percent of the leadership team are always in a good mood and have a positive attitude, which makes the employees more likely to express themselves and not hold back on voicing their concerns
I do more than what I am being paid for with a great attitude. Higher management aren't able to see this, although my manager does express to them that I do more then I was required. I would feel better receiving more compensation that meets the inflation and housing crisis.
I feel undervalued because I wear many hats (with a great attitude) and dont get paid what I believe all those hats should, I take on more work it seems everyday. There arent any incentives or pats on the back when you do a great job, not in my department at least. It seems there is also favoritism.
