My overall experience has been great. I have had the opportunity to work in all three Tampa locations which has provided insight into different stages of purchasing. I am gaining a broader understanding of supply chain and the procurement needs of different sections of the organization.
It has been challenging and discouraging with all of the personnel changes.
The EAP Benefits are the best part.
The leadership team is creative at problem solving.
The cost is great for the quality of benefits.
Everyone, for the most part, communicates professionally and respectfully.
They work hard and care about doing things the right way.
What I like best about the leadership team is that they seem results-focused.
The leadership seems to be flexible and understanding of personal matters that arise.
People are generally polite and trust each other to do their respective jobs well.
Team members are willing to assist and provide information when there is a gap in knowledge or understanding.
What I enjoy most about work are the perks, the people, and the relaxed environment that still prioritizes results.
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is the trust that everyone is competent enough not to be micromanaged.
My leadership has different standards and expectations for different team members. It can be improved by distributing work more evenly and applying expectations fairly.
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment is that it is generally relaxed. There are urgent situations and priorities, however, the responsible parties are trusted to do what is necessary to reach the desired outcome.
I am most happy that I feel comfortable asking for help when I need it, that I am trusted to perform my duties and seen as reliable, and that leadership understands the importance of a work-life balance.
