Best company I've worked with.
I started from the bottom and have reached management level. The experiences and growth I have gained far exceed any other company out there. The mentorship and trust within my department specifically is amazing. Our executives care, you won't find that anywhere else in the corporate world.
I started from a low entry position and now work in leadership. I am challenged, my opinion matters and I work closesly with all aspects of company users. I have a lot of growth opportunities and have moved quickly in responsibility and opportunity in the 2 years I have been with the company
Being busy and engaged in projects
Engaging and provide good direction
We are provided lunches everyday
Everyone supports each other because it is so fast paced
Lunches are provided and we have an area to relax.
Always supportive and knowledgeable. They always provide education on decisions made.
Extra duties outside the scope of job description is common, but pay to compensate never happens.
My director always has my back and always looking for ways to grow my knowledge and experience.
My leadership team gives me the ability to grow in providing leadership opportunities, wage increases and positive feedback
The work load. I like being challenged and facing difficult tasks. There is no shortage of these projects in my work environment.
Nobody is left out. Everyone within the company is always trying to incorporate every level from prodcution, to supervisors and all functional leads.
Communication between team members is key. My team doesn't always agree, but we always find a solution and work together to implement positive change within our roles.
Having a lot of projects. I like the fast pace and I am able to work projects at every level, from initial discussion to implementation of the project in a live environment
Communication and a higher level of understanding about choices that affect others. An example would be program decisions that do not include affected persons that are rolled out with no feedback. Teams become reactionary to negative affects.
My role includes leadership responsibilities outside my standard job description. Because merit increases are yearly, it takes a lot of time working in a role before you receive any compensation. I would like the company to look at roles Bi-annually
Accountability in my department has led to strong knowledge and growth in programs I have never worked in. This has built trust and allowed me to experience a wide array of job functions that I would never have had in other work places.
Undervaluement is of my own choosing. In a management roll I have opted for knowledge over pay, but I do know I am well below the market value. I expect some time in the future for that to change. I am not unhappy about that decision.
