Pay in my realm/area is quite a bit more at other competing companies, especially in the city I live where it is known the cost of living is much higher. Aevex has not caught up with the other local companies in regard to pay.

Compared to other companies, the same role I currently have pays more. I mainly chose this position over another company position for the environment and benefits/perks. I also aligned more with the values and integrity of Aevex. I believe in what we do.

A sense of duty and teamwork. Everyone helps each other and with a positive attitude. Everyone is very engaged and a pleasure to work with. I honestly never dread coming to work. Aevex is one of the best company's I've ever worked for.
