The insurance is affordable, the 401k match is potentially great assuming you can afford the fullest extent of the match and the outright pay is most enjoyed. The lunches provided by the company on site however is extensively appreciated.

The entire team I work with if very personable and desire to see each one of us as a team to learn from mistakes and to improve as a group. Effective communication and capable to discuss changes for better efficiency.

The most positive aspect of the company culture is the desire to complete a project or order within a timely manner. It is refreshing for me to see the drive to work, even for necessity sake, considering my last job.

as stated previously, the consistent workload provided to keep myself busy throughout the day, regardless of length of shift. Yes the team I have can provide enjoyable conversation but being able to focus on work is a highlight for certain.
