Actually leading and not just being bosses. There is a difference, and most of them don't have an drop of leadership in their body
Being paid what I know my skills are worth. Everyone I talk to here feels the same way. Mean while managers get paid well and do a mostly terrible job.
one thing that needs to improve is pay. Next, establish standards, practices and procedures and train people to them. Last is to hold people to those standards no matter who they are.
Letting go of the past. A common trend is "legacy individuals" being stubborn and not wanting to improve or modernize ANYTHING. Also, getting people with actual leadership abilities in management positions would help tremendously.
