The quality of individuals hired onto contract, they're not just faceless resumes
Communication is very strong and I feel valued as a person and employee
All team members are extremely welcoming and fill gaps for others whenever needed
Interacting with teammates and feeling as though our work assignments are actually meaningful
We're a good mix of Aevex and prime company personnel, team culture is excellent
Interacting with fellow analysts that I tend to learn something new from every day
Associating with coworkers and feeling like the work I'm doing is making a difference
As far as health insurance, Cigna is a huge upgrade from my previous employer's offering
They seem genuine and empathetic; they treat me like a person instead of an employee number
Communication is excellent and I feel valued as not just an employee, but as a co-worker and person
The entire team gets along and every person is highly skilled, experienced, and knows what they're talking about
My first contact was with our dual PM team and since then, it's only been good experiences and friendliness
All of the analysts are very professional and have a thorough understanding of our relative positions; the skill base and institutional knowledge is quite high
