I am really proud of the work that we do, working on cool things that make a real difference in the world. The people I work with are smart, motivated individuals that make for a really fun challenging environment. Management and the corporate structure need to step up and fix the process.

I am truly excited to come in to work and make a positive impact on the world. I love my coworkers and have a good time while working very long hours. With the RIFs and how the senior leadership treats this company, I'm worried about our future success.

Seeing the success and the hard work pay off.

Pay is pretty good for the area. Everything else seems to be pretty standard.

We work on really cool things, keeping the work interesting and the people just as interesting.

The snacks and lunches have been great. Plus coworkers are have made working here feel like a family.

I am never board at work. There is always something to do and the day goes by pretty quick.

Benefits are pretty standard. The pay is above average for my title/area. And the perks at work have been really nice.

I like the core values and how it seems like the culture comes from the top to support our country through technological innovation.

Seeing the results of our hard work. It's so cool as an engineer to be apart of every step of the process from concept to testing.

The culture of Aevex is very rewarding from an employee perspective, and that seems to come from the top down. The executive seems to lead by example!

Again, Tactical Systems' employees are truly motivated and come to work hungry to make a difference. No where else do you come to work and meet a team so dedicated.

The team is a lot of very motivated individuals that are here to succeed. I do not see a lot of slacking off and there has been a lot of collaboration.

The individual contributors at Tactical systems are some of the best, finest American's I have had the pleasure to interact with. Every at the company is truly passionate about getting the mission done no matter the costs.

At least in Tactical Systems, we need to have clear business objectives. Overselling ourselves, and the lack of structure and process make it a really hard place to be successful. The individual contributors (engineers, techs, etc.) are fantastic but the organization at the top breeds chaos.

Again, all of the individual contributors from engineers, techs, inventory/warehouse guys are fantastic. I feel like we all believe in the mission of making the world a safer place. I also think a lot of the good guys started and stayed because of all of the benefits like food and snacks.

I have to admit, food and snacks were one of the main reasons I accepted this job. It's such a nice perk to not have to worry about food during the day, it really motivates me and kept me focused on the work. Now that those are gone from Tactical systems, the compensation is comparable to industry.
