it's been a great experience and I have been of much help to the team. I have been patient about compensation as the work is exciting. but for the long unpredictable schedule that it demands, I would like to be properly compensated.
It has been very good to grow and learn. Understanding all aspects of the company has been beneficial for my personal and professional growth
It has been an immense learning experience and very valuable so far. I was happy to switch to the position I desired 9 months ago. I have been working hard, and my daily hours are unpredictable as work always fluctuates between projects. I have been patient for a pay correction but am more upset now

They care on a personal level
We push eachother to succeed better every day
they are driven individuals and helpful
People seem to have eachothers backs when needed
The opportunity to learn new things.
I am able to do what I enjoy
they are a driven team
Leadership seems to be driven
The lunches and fitness benefits
They are great problem solvers
Coworkers are willing to help/teach
Getting to work with others and make a difference/feeling my worth
getting to use the skills that i am happy to have
The team seems to care but management is not always the best.
I am currently very far below the pay range for my title.
I am severely underpaid. I was moved over from another position 9 months ago with a promise the pay would be corrected. I am pressured to work long hours (exceeded 40-hour weeks regularly) and am still paid at least 5 figures below the pay range of my position
Nothing has changed since the last survey. I've been about 9 months in this position, I am still extremely underpaid. I was moved over from another position title and my pay never was corrected even though I had been told it would. I know what i should get paid and I know I'm far from it.
