I'm not sure that I really know the leadership team, so I can't evaluate them.
layoffs erode morale. Is there a financial report that is shared with employees? Is there an organizational chart? Every project is an impossible schedule. It's demoralizing to start a project and know you are already 3 months behind.
Using PTO for doctor's visits is so 1950s. I saw that on Linkedin the other day and I said yes, that's my company. My onboarding of benefits was not good. Several problems with setting up of accounts, the process to do things wasn't well defined and I had to keep complaining to get my problems fixed
