
AEVEX has great potential but is hampered as it transitions from a quick reacting, agile support to the warfighter to a staid and stoic mid-tier defense contractor. They are moving forward with tools/processes too dot the I's and cross the T's but they don't do sufficient training on the new tools

compensation is a bit low for the area and the role. additionally, the benefits are sub par to include dental, vision, medical options and opportunities for other compensation
