The most fulfilling aspects of work include collaboration with colleagues on internal AEVEX and Military teams. The positive environment and shared purpose within these groups contribute to a strong working dynamic.
Working with the internal AEVEX and Military team members is a positive experience. Building stronger relationships and ensuring everyone feels equally valued and included across all teams, including the CIV team members and AEVEX contractors, would further enhance collaboration.
The positive synergy and cohesion among the internal AEVEX and Military teams are real strengths of our culture. While overall teamwork is strong, we recognize the opportunity for some specific leadership functions, such as within the CIV team, to align more closely with our company's core values.
