If we had a motto it would be "no bs". I see all my colleagues working diligently toward improving the products and services we offer each other and the students we serve, and VERY little time "complaining", "back-biting", or other unproductive behaviors.

Lots of hard work, but fairly compensated, and I get to work with a lot of great people who are focused on the right things every day.

People are helpful, friendly, and creative.

Equity in the company means that when Chegg succeeds, I succeed automatically.

Stock grants. I do miss the days of options, though, because I can never get enough!
What makes you most happy at work?
A sense of accomplishment when I complete a project that is demonstrably helping the company and our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling of caring that starts at the top and works its way all the way down the line.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are knowledgeable, creative people and most of them are eager to share that with me every time we meet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly seem to care through both words and actions about their employees, the company, the communities that we serve, the communities where we live, and all communities in general.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a bit of a grind. My manager's style is to literally sprint every minute of every day, and it gets exhausting with all the back to back context-switching.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly announcing new things that are good for retention. It does make me feel that they are investing in the workforce - investing in me, and it creates a good team vibe.
