When I look at the range for my role and I consider the work I have contributed to the team, I feel I should be compensated more. If you are going to ask for more from employees, they need to be compensated fairly.
I think we have been through a lot as a team and have learned how to work well together for the most part. There is a desire to support each other. I still think there are some culture challenges that I believe need to be addressed for the team to function at its best.
