- Higher Base salary. When comparing to similar skilled positions and other opportunities that I am offered, the base salary is very small and very demotivating. Also, why so many restrictions on commission for junior AMs? Its a rigid, non-rewarding system
it appears that when things are not going well it is down to us as AMs for not doing are jobs. However, when things are going well it is down to "great leadership". There is no "well done" or pats on the back. It is consistent, "get more activity" with no REAL help to achieve that.
