
New members of my team being productive in their role. Senior members of my team growing to the next level.
They seem to have a good idea of what they're doing/what's coming in the future (and what to do about THAT)
Everyone is working hard, and it creates a culture of "we don't have time for anyone that isn't going all in"
I am fine with my base pay, but considering how important my team's production is to the overall sales goal, I find it odd that I make less money than some of the account executives. To feel better, I'd like a better upside for my commission.
