The best thing about some of my team members is that they are very knowledgeable and easy to pick up. But this does not apply to all team members.
I like the hands off approach of the team leaders because I work better with no micromanagement. I like that they are result-based and not constantly asking that I work every minute of my shift because I'm much more productive when I take short breaks.
