
Management only values workers who hit their quotas consistently and pick favorites very early on. It is a pressure cooker and could be improved by placing less of an emphasis on quotas being the only measurement of success.
The time worked is not attributed to actual pay - we are encouraged/forced to work more overtime hours than allotted but then are not encouraged to actually submit our overtime hours for pay. Commission structure is also not 100% communicated properly at the onset of hiring.
