
The comradery they create between peers specifically within the office
The people that work here that are not running the office/area
The laughs, the fun, the common bonds, and the way we push each other to be better
The culture is not encouraging; many of upper-level management is saying that we are working on development when their only goal is getting to quota for the bonus. We push our clients on tight timelines, making them make quick decisions and if not, we send the lowest option, which isn't good biz imo
The amount of work that we put into the company is not shown through any form of appreciation and many of us spend hours upon hours outside of work (coming in early, staying late, working after hours at home) so it would be nice to see that they care that we are putting in the work.
