
Actually show up to work and do their job, going missing and no responsiveness destroys the team morale and flow of business
Not feeling challenged and stuck in the same old task oriented routine. Been doing this for so long in my field and had other expectations coming in and it doesn't seem to align yet. Hopeful that things will improve in time with the recent changes in place.
You go above and beyond to back up senior managers while they are out and there are no incentives to going the extra mile. They seem to be very selective on when there is room in budget to increase comps for some giving 2 comp increases in a year while the rest are told it's happening andnothing.
