
Personally, I've experienced that I always felt included which makes a big impact.
The fact that they do care about the people too, not just the business.
Helping others - be that a client via our services or a team member who needs help.
Compensation has been an ongoing issue within our department for years now. We end up having a high turnover because of non-competitive salaries and coupled with GPS cycles that get skipped or don't happen when promised, the talent pool ends up shrinking. Better compensation would be a good start.
