The most positive thing is that I feel accepted and welcomed by my coworkers.
I love getting to work with my team because of our open dialogue on goals, as well as the streamlined workflows.
The leadership team needs to get in touch with their employees - do 1:1s to understand how people are feeling about their roles / goals. Right now, there is a hug disconnect between employees and leadership, which causes resentment to build up.
The direction of the company is 100% focused on new sales and the value we bring to customers is moving to the side and forgotten at times. Satisfaction drives sales, so high quotas that are unattainable (majority of Account Managers did not hit quota in ANY quarter) drive resentment.
I feel undervalued as I was on the hiring team for new employees that are getting paid significantly more than I am - after being with Meltwater for several years, there is a lack of mobility upwards unless someone leaves and compensation does not reflect industry standard and/or inflation.
