The US vacation policy is great - pretty much on par with Europe.
I love the global feel - I work directly with people in London, Austria, Berlin, as people in the US.
Most companies have a defined culture now, but Meltwater has had one for decades. And somewhat uniquely, it's been driven by the CEO down.
Management is committed to continuous improvement - including experimentation and the inevitable failures. Not all ideas are winners, but the idea is to 'fail fast'.
They are open to honest feedback and comments - no need to couch bad news in terms that make it seem like it's good news. :)
Besides the fact that my coworkers and bright and engaging, I like the international flavor. Since Meltwater started in Europe and people have the ability to transfer offices, I work directly with Norwegians, Swedes, Germans, Hungarians, and a few Irish natives.
