Nu Skin has been a good place for me for the majority of my career. I left for two years which opened up my eyes to how good I have it here. We are compensated well, benefits are well designed, and the people are great to interact with. I have friends that I would love to have in my personal life.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I like the culture that we have at Nu Skin. In other companies that I have worked for it seemed like there were more people who would throw you under the bus to ladder climb. Here at Nu Skin that is fairly rare. I feel like we are engaged in good work and that's what is inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the bonus structure that they have in place.

I really like the fun interactions that we have together.

I love the way Nu Skin treats their people. They truly care.

I like the challenge of collaborating with others to drive my program further.

The people that we get to work with both internal and our sales force.

I like to know that the work that I am doing directly can influence our Sales Leaders.

I like that my salary is comparable, even better than many places. I also like that they have shared bonuses with everyone when we hit targets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of the employees here at Nu Skin recognize that we are all working towards the best thing for Nu Skin. We work well and enjoy each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like my personal manager. They do well in giving me enough autonomy to stretch my own skills, but are always there to provide feedback and help as needed. They also have a great balance of getting work done and having fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like 90% of the time they are doing what is best for the employees. I've seen mental health days, gifts, and recognition given to the employees. I also feel they are making efforts to be transparent to us for goals, state of business etc.
