When I first started working here just over 4 years ago, I had no idea what a wonderful place it was to work. So much has changed in the last 4 years. But the culture and leadership has been amazing and continues to show me how lucky I am to be part of it.

The team and leadership. Knowing that everyday we accomplish something.

It feels like family. We all are willing to help and work together.

Solving complex challenges and getting to work with different teams to better understand the Organization and our customers.

Diversity! our teams diversity brings the best out of each of us. It feels like a family and a true team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The total package, base pay, bonuses, PTO. The ability to be flexible has given me the opportunity to perfect the work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are allowed to make mistakes with out fear. Innovation and the ability to come up with new ideas are met with positive feed back. This allows everyone to improve and grow as a team and individual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team at Nu Skin is truly amazing. I had to take medical leave to assist my wife for a major surgery. My leadership checked in regularly and demonstrated true compassion and care. I was able to focus on my family with out fear of losing my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Over the past year I have had some family health issues. My leadership not only ensured I was able to deal with these family issues but stayed in contact with me during my Medical leave, checking in to see if there was anything they could do to support. The entire leadership team truly cares!
